You can expect to get in the best shape of your life, meet some cool new people and have a fun time doing it. Expect to set goals and reach them, both in fitness and in your personal life. As you push your mental limits on a weekly basis you will find yourself more confident in your daily routines and ready to tackle anything thrown your way! Most importantly, you will feel successful and part of a community of athletes, many of whom you did NOT expect to be CrossFitters. You’ll have a better understanding of how classes are run and the method behind what we do. And it’s likely you will have learned new things, be a little bit “sore” and excited to come back for more.
The CrossFit community is extremely supportive of all of its members. You should expect a friendly and welcoming atmosphere with many to turn to should you have any questions about the Workout of the Day (WOD). After your first class, you will understand what people are referring to when they speak of their CrossFit addictions.
